TV tip: this Monday morning,
Bravo is airing the
Columbo episode "Requiem for a Falling Star" with Anne Baxter as a Margo Channing-esque older actress accused of killing a gossip columnist. This one is a scream -- not only does it offer plenty of views of the Universal backlot as it was in 1972, you also get a cameo appearance by Edith Head! Miss Baxter chews the scenery like a pro and gets to wear a bunch of wild outfits (presumably Miss Head's). Don't miss it.
