Big Mouth Strikes Again
Hip-O Select officially launches today. Basically it's
Rhino Handmade as served up by megahumungo entertainment conglomerate Universal. No surprise that everything they've done has been a ripoff of what Rhino does so well, right down to the cartoon mascot. Still, Hip-O has access to the wonderful back catalogs of Motown, Verve and A&M records - so I'm eagerly awaiting what they'll offer.
