Katharine Hepburn 101

The New Yorker recently ran an appreciation of K. Hepburn which delves into the woman's contradictions and serves as a nifty life story for casual fans. A worthwhile read, much cheaper than $18.17.

Thanks for these nifty links. Hepburn always remained a handsome woman true to her spirit and principles, always honest, sometimes acerbic, and clearly ahead of her time.

Have a lovely day.

I thought it was nice how the author noted that "Stage Door" contains one of Miss Hepburn's most overlooked performances, the only time she was paired with another woman (Ginger Rogers). The dynamic between the two is really neat to watch.
