    Where did you find this?
    Who financed this (certainly not Walt…)
    Who was intended audience? Rallies, cctv, etc…
    This could be someone’s Graduate Thesis!

    Hey Brad! I don’t know anything about this other than it came up during a Ward Kimball search on YouTube and it appears to have been posted by a family member of his. Anybody else? Feel free to add.
